We carry out electrical designs of safety systems, both with conventional control architectures (safety relays) and new ones based on safety PLCs with fieldbuses. We also programme PSS (programmable safety systems) offline.
All with the required performance level (PLr) according to EN 13849-1. The Safety Integrity Level (SIL) is defined as a relative level of risk reduction provided by a safety function, or to specify the target level for risk reduction.
The processes must conform to IEC 61508 “Functional Safety of Electrical/Electronic/Programmable Electronic Safety-Related Systems”, and IEC 61511 “Functional Safety of Safety-Instrumented Systems for the Process Industry Sector”.
