ELECTROINGENIUM’s senior management, as heads of an Engineering firm dedicated to designing, developing and implementing control automation, simulation, digital twins, and virtual commissioning of industrial, energy and logistics processes and Industry 4.0 services, is fully aware of the importance of meeting clients’ needs and product requirements, and of continuously improving the service it offers, which is why it undertakes to:
Develop and implement the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015.
Focus on continuous improvement as a key tool, setting and regularly reviewing specific targets for this improvement process.
Comply with all legal and/or regulatory or specific requirements incumbent on the company.
Promote participation and responsibility of all company employees in operation of the Quality System, in order to ensure the quality of its services and products.
Establish procedures and means to control the whole process, from initial technical advice through to technical support.
Provide the company and its processes with the best human capital and the best equipment and infrastructure.
This policy is in keeping with ELECTROINGENIUM’s values and must be known, understood and developed by everybody at the Organisation, as well as being available to all its stakeholders.
