Energy SIMULATION/COMMISSIONING/AFTER-SALES AIM

To develop a digital twin of a pellet plant at electrical and process level.

The main aim of this project is to create a simulator (or “Digital Twin”) in the drying line of a pellet production plant for PRODESA. This simulator will allow us to virtually evaluate the behaviour of the drying line using the current controllers.
Some of the partial aims of this project are as follows:
• Develop automation, behaviour (signal, device and process level) and physical models.
• Integrate models in a digital platform in order to interact with the simulation.
• Use simulation to understand line behaviour in the event of changes in external and internal variables.
